/kick

Removes a player from the server.

Syntax

/kick <target> [reason]

Parameters

Name	Required	Description
target	Yes	Player to remove.
reason	No	Kick reason displayed to the player.

Examples

/kick @p Please rejoin

Command Block Use

Requires permission level 3, so command blocks (level 2) cannot run it by default.

Version Differences

Available in Java and Bedrock.
