Target Selectors

Choose the entities that a command will affect.

Selector Arguments

Add filters such as type, distance, and tags.

Example

@e[type=zombie,distance=..10,tag=boss]
        

Common Arguments

• type
• distance
• name
• tag
• scores

Coordinate Systems

Use absolute, relative, or local coordinates.

• Absolute: 100 64 -20
• Relative: ~ ~1 ~
• Local: ^ ^ ^1

Execution Context

Controls where and how commands are evaluated.

Commands run from the block’s position unless changed with /execute.
